Earlier today, we issued the June 2020 Newsletter from R. F. Meyer & Associates. Please find a link to it in PDF form below.
We hope the newsletter finds our client and referral partner subscribers safe and in good health.
Unfortunately, the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic continues to resonate, across the world and across the U.S. legal landscape. This is especially true for our Elder Law and Special Needs clientele, and our areas of practice including Medicaid and other Government Benefits.
At our offices, we are fully open for business and operating strictly under safe practice guidelines issued by national and local health officials. We are conducting more business by teleconference, mail and are beginning video conferencing. This all is to limit in-office contact as much as possible for your safety, while continuing to fully offer our legal expertise and services.
The articles in this month’s newsletter edition again all relate to the pandemic. They cover specific implications for Medicaid benefits, Medicare plans, and residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
We hope you find the articles informative and interesting.
We appreciate our clients’ willingness to work with us under the new safety guidelines in these challenging times. And we hope you find our various communication efforts – including this newsletter, our robust website at ElderLaw.US and social media presence on Facebook and Twitter – to be especially valuable right now.
Please stay vigilant for your health and safety, and contact us if we can be of assistance in any Elder Law or Special Needs Law matter. Reach us by calling 614-407-7900, sending an email to [email protected] or filling our the Contact Us form on our website at ElderLaw.US/Contact.
Sincerely,
Richard F. Meyer, Esq.
