Letter of Intent
Planning for parents of a disabled child is often complicated due to concerns regarding future health care, governmental benefits, living circumstances, and asset preservation.
While a customized estate plan can provide for protection of several issues, there are some matters that cannot be addressed in a special needs trust or a will. The attorneys of R. F.
