Memorandum of Will
If you have tangible personal property that you would like distributed to specific parties, you can complete a Memorandum of Will.
This instrument is utilized to instruct your Executor to distribute certain pieces of personal property to named individuals and requires only your signature and date.
It is our recommendation that this document be kept with your original Will for ease of administration.
